Velojournal is a Swiss magazine dedicated to everyday cycling culture, stories, and the people who move through the world by bike. For the editorial of issue 1/2026, I created a full-spread illustration that unfolds across both pages. The scene brings together a family riding bicycles past fields, forests, and campsites, capturing the sense of freedom that cycling can create. With soft colors, flowing composition, and character-driven storytelling, the illustration reflects the joy of exploring the outdoors by bike.
